Decent pizza (I know that depends on the location) for a great price. Really good deals on the app and it's easy to use. It's nice to not have to deal with talking to anyone if you don't feel like it. Dial the number into the pizza portal, grab your pizza, and go on your way.

I love the convenience and flavor of Little Caesars, but I am frankly getting sick and tired of paying extra for their Extra Most Best Cheese and/or Pepperoni just to be handed the standard version. Not to mention when you place a mobile order they are supposed to make a fresh pizza, but half the time they just stick my order sticker on one that's allowance made and been sitting for who knows how long. Little Caesars needs to focus on quality control.

Extremely disappointed with pick up order at Windsor. Biggest gripe is quality of the deep dish pizza. When we opened the box pieces were stuck to the lid and sides of the box, barely cut, and very under baked, as well as the crazy bread. I had to put the crazy bread in the oven to finish cooking it. No one would eat the pizza because of the way it looked. We also order both cheese and pepperoni puffs but what we got was just pepperoni puffs. Will not be back, would not recommend to anyone

I use the app all the time. The issue I find is there is no option to put a special request or a customized ingredients on an order. My order is a pretzel crust pizza, but I don't like to salt on the crust. There is no way to request that. So in order to get the 9.99 deal price I can only get it in the app then drive to the store before it is ready to ask to not put salt on the crust before it's done. Then wait in the store till it's done. Not convenient. More stars for sure if this waz fixed
