Liturgical Living: Prayer

The prayers are free. Forever.

Liturgical Living is a calm Catholic prayer companion built around the Church's own calendar. Open it and today is already waiting: the feast or memorial, the day's Mass readings, and the prayers the day calls for — no feeds, no ads, no noise.

PRAY THE DAY
• Daily Mass readings, set in the full liturgical calendar — seasons, feasts, ferias, and US holy days of obligation
• The Rosary, prayed bead by bead — one prayer at a time, with the decade and the minutes left in view — or read straight through
• Stations of the Cross, the Divine Mercy Chaplet, Lectio Divina, the Ignatian Examen, and thirteen traditional novenas
• The Daily Office: morning praise to night prayer
• Every devotion tells you how long it takes, and the hub suggests three for the hour you're in
• An examination of conscience you can mark as you go, and a confession script — what to say, in order, your lines in red

LISTEN — REAL VOICES, NEVER SYNTHESIZED
• The USCCB's own reading of today's Mass readings, then EWTN's Daily Mass with the homily, then a five-minute reflection from the St Paul Center
• Three recorded Rosaries: Mother Angelica and the Nuns, the Holy Land Rosary, and the Augustine Institute
• 26 Catholic podcasts — Bible in a Year, Catechism in a Year, Catholic Answers, Fr. Mike's homilies, Pray More Novenas and more — with every episode of every show. Start Bible in a Year from Day 1 and it plays in order, picking up where you stopped
• Live Catholic radio, plus four sacred-music streams: Great Catholic Music, Iowa Catholic Radio, Gregorian chant, hymns
• Android Auto and Chromecast. Keep any episode offline
• Speed, a sleep timer, and your place — remembered on this device

THE WHOLE BIBLE, OFFLINE
• The complete Catholic Bible, deuterocanon included, bundled on your device
• It opens where you left it, and shows how far through you are
• Highlight in four liturgical colours and keep a note against any verse
• One search across Scripture, the saints, the devotions, the novenas and the readings — instant, and it works with no signal at all

DRESS IT FOR THE SEASON (PLUS)
• Seven holiday themes — pumpkins for All Hallows' Eve, a wreath for Advent, holly for Christmas, lilies for Easter and more. Pick one, or let the calendar choose

SACRED ART, EVERY DAY
• A public-domain masterpiece chosen for the feast, on the Today screen and on your home screen
• Share the day as a card: the painting, the verse, and the feast it belongs to

A DAILY WORD, FREE EVERY MORNING
• The Daily Word — a five-letter Scripture guess, new each day, free for everyone

FOR THE PLAYFUL (PLUS)
• Eight daily games: Catholic trivia, Scripture fill-in-the-blank, saint Who Am I?, Connections, emoji Bible stories, Before or After?, Sacred Art Reveal, and Babble
• A weekly tier for the truly dedicated, new every Sunday: The Weekly Crux, The Postulator, The Annals, and The Scriptorium
• Earn stars, keep streaks, and share your results

MAKE IT YOURS (PLUS)
• Themes and typefaces chosen for reading Scripture, not skimming it
• Your own rubric color and unlimited prayer reminders

A QUIETER PHONE (OPTIONAL)
• If you want to go further, Liturgical Living can serve as your home screen, so your phone opens to the liturgical day instead of the noise
• Entirely optional — the app is complete as a normal app, and most people use it that way

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No accounts, no advertising, no tracking. The only thing our server ever counts is which features get used — never by whom
• Prayer logs, streaks, highlights and settings stay local, with an encrypted backup file that you keep

FOR PARISHES
• Parishes can sponsor Plus for their whole congregation with a single parish code — email austin@elcodev.com

Everything the Church gives away, we give away: the readings, the Rosary, the Office, the Bible, the devotions — free, forever, for everyone. Plus unlocks the games and the customization, and it pays for the servers that keep the free tier free.
