Clunky when I first downloaded it. After getting past that it's been good so far. Cool features that allow everyone to give ideas in a complex, can get packages, request maintenance features through tickets and even pay rent all in 1 place. Definitely makes our apartment experience better.

Communication Skills Need Improving! No Heat in my Apartment, Manager will not listen to my complaints, about mantiance Manager not knowing how to fix my thermostat. Both very Disrespectful. Mantiance Manager refused to reference instruction manual on how to fix thermostat. I am a 77years Old Woman. It is so Sad. Watch her feedback it will Be so Petty, because she doesn't know how to fix my thermostat Problem, and she will Go along with the Mantiance Manager instead of looking into my Problem.

If you set up auto-pay, do not expect it to work. Set it up in late July and August rent was withdrawn from my bank account and sent to the apartment company. Sadly, I can not report the same for September or October. Please note, I actually am not sure if it is the idiots managing this apartment community not posting monthly balances to the app, or the app not functioning properly.

This app sucks like I forgot my password an I tried every password I know that I would put for it an says it's the wrong password when I know it's the right one they should have a button to rest your password because this is ridiculous now im not even Ganna log out because I can't get back in smmfh...then I tried to turn my phone into a Bluetooth key on the app and that don't even work
