Do you really think this is fair? The person who ordered the poutine couldn't eat it because of a food allergy. We clearly specified "no olives". It's obviously not our fault; we were clear. We paid $15.99, and you're only offering us $5.75 in credit? We had to throw away the entire poutine. I will probably never order from Planet Poutine or use Livro again. A real lack of professionalism.

Uses fake AI generated images to promote food. Not even legal in Canada to do that. Safe Food for Canadians Act S.C. 2012, c. 24 6 (1) It is prohibited for a person to manufacture, prepare, package, label, sell, import or advertise a food commodity in a manner that is false, misleading or deceptive or is likely to create an erroneous impression regarding its character, quality, value, quantity, composition, merit, safety or origin or the method of its manufacture or preparation.
