Cannot upload files on the app. Says I need to give it permission, yet doesn't give me the OPTION to grant the permission! Reached out to customer service and not a peep back in weeks. Looks like granum taking over is making things worse! Starting to consider other program options.

A mere shell of what the desktop is. Not really all that useful in the grand scheme of things. Better off sticking to a laptop and using the desktop version

Cant use app on phone like visiting my estimates. Now I can't even login from phone via website. Dissatisfied. Especially when the desktop version is amazing

Why can't we use our website login in through our phones!? This is really annoying. The app doesn't have everything I need and cannot do things that the web browser can do. Smh! Disappointed.
