★★☆☆☆ The app does the job for the most part, but not without serious headaches. You can load job sites, manage crews, route your stops, track other crews, and more. But on the whole, I'd rather be using something else. For one, the essential parts of the app I use (such as Site Map) are often buried at the bottom of the screen, forcing me to scroll to see them. This is because the interface designer thought it super important to display the date everywhere at the top in large font. Meanwhile, general usability is hampered. My second complaint is simple tasks take far more button clicks and touches than it seems they should need. Uploading pictures direct from the camera takes minimum 5 clicks. (1-add photo, 2-camera, 3-shutter, 4-accept/reject, 5-close; instead, how about 1-add photo, 2-camera, 3-shutter and DONE?) Also: - Font sizes seem to ignore generally accepted good design principles - Am often logged out of the app randomly - Unable to upload multiple photos at the same time (e.g. 1-add photos, 2-choose photos, 3-[select photos from camera roll], and finally upload would take only 3 clicks plus however number of pictures you want to upload) - Can't submit a timesheet without first punching out of the current job site, then setting lunch break info, and hoping the app actually does it. (More often than not, it doesn't submit at all without logging out and logging back in.) - Can't submit a timesheet that doesn't have any tasks (the lunch break screen won't allow you to save). - Can't delete own timesheet (e.g. for training purposes), and I'm an admin on our account. - Device "back" button doesn't work in half the screens; must use their own inconsistently placed navigation/action buttons (e.g. selecting where to upload pictures from -- Camera, Choose Photo, or Cancel -- must click Cancel or elsewhere on screen to exit selection mode; from Task Info screen, must click <Timesheet at top left to return to the job list) In the latest version, I do like the ability to remind me to start/submit timesheets. But still, this app is buggy and fairly unusable. Maybe it wows your average joe landscaper, but this guy has used smartphones for a while now and expects a better product. At least for how much we're paying for the damn software.

★★☆☆☆ WAS a great app for timesheets and billing. With the new update it is more office friendly, but not user-friendly. Needs a huge update with all the bugs in it. Logs you out at random, needs a dark mode for night work, and if you make a mistake most times you have to delete the task. No way to edit job site times if task was added in error, you have to delete the entire task, and start again. Tons of potential if the creators and app developers listened to users, and read reviews and fixed bugs.
