Lauren is AMAZING! Loa Movement has truly changed my life. The workouts are accessible, yet challenging. I feel myself getting stronger every day, yet have never once felt like I wad suffering through a workout. Lauren is so intelligent and clearly has a very thorough understanding of the body and how to "work smarter" for maximum benefit. Her cues through the videos are so helpful, I've learned so much! Awesome workouts, they really help me as an injury prone hypermobile person to feel stronger and more stable. I'm finding these workouts to be a great complement to a normal running program, and I can do them even if I'm having a minor running break to stop an injury early. Lauren and Kasia are really good at giving the correct cues to prevent injury, alternative ways of doing an exercise, and make us feel like we're all in it together.
