LockUp: App Lock & Fingerprint

Lock your apps with fingerprint, PIN or pattern. LockUp is an app lock that keeps your messages, photos, email and banking behind your own lock screen — with an intruder selfie that photographs anyone who guesses wrong.

Lock any app with fingerprint, PIN or pattern lock. When a locked app opens, LockUp covers it with your lock screen, and only your fingerprint, PIN or pattern opens it again. Unlock uses your phone's system biometrics — fingerprint and face where your device offers them. Relock is instant when you leave, or automatically after a delay you choose — per app, if you like.

FREE: Lock up to 5 apps, free, forever. Locking Settings and Play Store to protect LockUp itself never counts toward your 5. Fingerprint, PIN and pattern unlock, basic notification hiding, the anti-peek pack (invisible pattern + shuffle keypad) and local backup are all free too.

If your plan lapses, your locked apps stay locked and still open with your PIN. You can't lock new apps or use Premium features until you renew — paying again restores full use.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN: No account. No server. Nothing leaves your phone except a capture email you ask for, sent to your own email. Your locked-app list, settings and intruder photos stay on your phone, encrypted, to protect your privacy. If you forget your PIN, recover it with the recovery email you registered, or with your phone's own unlock.

LockUp needs Usage Access, draw-over permission and a foreground service to lock apps — each is explained in the app before you grant it. The camera is only used for intruder selfies, only when you turn that feature on.

Honest limits: Safe Mode or a force-stop can bypass any third-party locker, some phones force a camera shutter sound, and a locked app can occasionally show for a moment before the lock covers it. Clone/dual apps and work profiles aren't supported. LockUp doesn't track live location — for that, use Google Find Hub.
