This application is add-on for application Locus Map, it doesn't work standalone.
Geocaching4Locus is a helpful when you need to find information about geocaches directly on the place. The add-on also include support for updating already stored geocaches in Locus Map, live map and many more features.
Limitations for Geocaching.com Basic Members • Searching nearest functionality find only traditional, event and CITO geocaches (Importing specific geocache from URL or from manually entered GC code is not limited). • Basic members can not use container size, difficulty and terrain filter. • Geocache attributes and attached images are not available. • Geocache listing is available on-line only. • For more information, see manual (http://geocaching4locus.eu/manual/)
Required permissions • Fine (GPS) location - need to get coordinates from GPS (GPS enabled device is not required) • Coarse (network-based) location - need to get coordinates ranged using Wi-Fi or cellular network • Full Internet access & Network state - for downloading geocaching data • Write external storage - for storing geocaching data for Locus Map

This addon has gone from being a backup caching app (mostly because of the static map ability of locus) to being a primary tool. The proximity alert is awesome and means you can enjoy the scenery more while hiking not worrying about missing caches. Edit: dropped a point because it no longer works well. It's probably a problem with updates to Locus map main app - it doesn't pick up caches and complains about not being logged in (it is). Either way I don't use it much anymore for caching.

GC for locus doesn't download listing data for caches anymore ? I have
caches downloaded maybe 3 months ago and there are basic info, LISTING,
waypoints ... but now I can't download listing data.is it OK ?

Was better Why I need gps position for search now? In older version was enough move map to search position...

I just paid the upgrade fee to Locus Pro, and now this add-on won't open the live map. It gives me an error message stating I need to set some permissions in Locus Pro. I did, several times, but I still get the same message. Not happy!

I tried this, but it just won't let me log in to my geocaching account so is useless. It's a shame as the only reason I got locus map was for caching
