★★★★★ You guys need to be more precise on the order tracking and delivery times like Domino's. At least the exact time when he leaves the restaurant and how many orders is he working on at the same time which is almost always the case. That way people can have an idea of how much time they have to wait and not get desperate. Other than that everything was awesome. Thank you.

★★☆☆☆ you'll wait hours for food, pay ridiculous fees to have food delivered to you, and god help you if you contact customer service. i ordered over 2 hours now, had to wait an hour for them to even assign a driver only to cancel the driver's order but still charge my card. the driver (the only one that was helpful during repeated calls to "customer service") was then moved to a different order so we can't even tip him and lodel just takes all the money for doing a horrible job.

★★☆☆☆ My favorite Indian restaurant decided to default to LoDel when ordering from their site. As such, I installed the app on my phone to track the order, much like I do for other delivery services. Unlike other delivery services I've used, LoDel didn't show where the driver was once he acknowledged the order. Over 30 minutes later, I get a text saying the driver is at the restaurant and the app notes this as well. Two minutes later, I get a text saying the driver is on the way to my house. However, the app implies that the driver has already delivered the food. And when I left the map to see what other restaurants used this service, I could not return to the map because it thought I already had my food. -_- The food was eventually delivered, but the app was pretty worthless.
