I've used this delivery service 3x and this is the last straw. I had to go pick up my delivery because the driver forgot parts of my order. The service may have had a free driver to pick up the rest of my order, but they weren't sure when. I was on lunch break, I couldn't leave my work. I'm paying a company to double/triple check my order because using this service is not cheap. What's the point of a service if I have to pick it up myself?
