I started using Fresh Direct during lockdown and was pleased with their service. I do prefer shopping in person. And sometimes they don't have a few products that I like that my local grocery store has, so I shop there more often. But when I am feeling stressed or have too much going on, it's really handy to be able to order and get delivery. I've always been pleased with the products. The app is handy. I even got an unexpected box of free food as an "anniversary" gift.

It's amazing how every time they update the app it gets worse. This is easily the worst app for food or grocery delivery. Nothing about it works well. And the tablet version is now completely unusable.

I love Fresh Direct and have been ordering using this app every week for years. But since a recent update something is wrong. It says I'm logged in but at the same time doesn't have any order history or my address, and goes nuts sending me 6-digit codes over and over. (Like 12 codes in 2 minutes.) And then it doesn't even work to try to log in. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, no improvement. Decided to just delete it and use web browser instead.

App has been buggy lately after years with no issues. A few times in the past month or so I've gotten to the last screen and the "place order" button just isn't there. I put in the tip and. . . That's it. Nothing happens, nothing loads, I'm stuck. I finally give up and go to the website to finish my order. I love FD but the app has been a pain lately.

Fresh Direct is great but this app is kind of awful. It's so incredibly slow and unresponsive - every single tap takes 5-10 seconds to load; the checkout flow is painful.
