Great app, would be nice if contacts would auto log the phone calls in chime even if you call or receive a call from standard phone app. Also, the chat function automatically crashes the app whenever I try to navigate to it. It started doing this when I clicked lead chat, but now auto crashes when I click the chat icon (most likely because it's now on lead chat) - Using Samsung s21 ultra.

I love lofty. I have used command and kvcore but lofty won me over. It's so much easier to use than the others. Lofty is the best.

Was Great, but as Lofty (Chime) grew an arrogance took over their culture. The private FB group use to be a place for helpful info, now it's controlled by individuals who hold grudges, won't allow your questions to be asked to the group. Once they have your signed contract, getting ahold of a sales person, or someone to help, is painful if possible at all. You're sent to "support" and then wait 4-5 days for support to get back to you with an "answer" that doesn't address your question.

The android app has TWO MAJOR issues. I'm using Google Pixle 8 Pro with Android 14. 1) The app doesn't push notifications to my phone. I am missing to text messages from clients. I often don't know that they are texting me until it's too late. 2) Caller ID for leads does not work. My phone will ring and present no caller information. I am resorting to answer ALL calls even if it looks like spam. A huge time waster. This needs attention immediately!!!

Fix the notifications!! Seriously, the whole point of this app is to communicate with clients and when your app doesn't do the text notifications and is 1+ hour behind on email notifications, it defeats the purpose of having you for a CRM!
