Great app, would be nice if contacts would auto log the phone calls in chime even if you call or receive a call from standard phone app. Also, the chat function automatically crashes the app whenever I try to navigate to it. It started doing this when I clicked lead chat, but now auto crashes when I click the chat icon (most likely because it's now on lead chat) - Using Samsung s21 ultra.

The android app has TWO MAJOR issues. I'm using Google Pixle 8 Pro with Android 14. 1) The app doesn't push notifications to my phone. I am missing to text messages from clients. I often don't know that they are texting me until it's too late. 2) Caller ID for leads does not work. My phone will ring and present no caller information. I am resorting to answer ALL calls even if it looks like spam. A huge time waster. This needs attention immediately!!!

After so many updates, still no notifications. I've had trouble ticket turned in for months... This problem started with the change to the Lofty app. There was no issue with the Chime app

Don't waste your money on Lofty! Worst CRM I have ever used. Notifications have been trash for 2 years now. Caller ID? non-existent. Now I can't even bridge calls to my phone. After weeks of reaching out for help all of my support tickets are closed with no resolution. This CRM is good for note-taking and that's it. Going back to FUB.
