I like the lomi, but I can't say the dirt it makes looks anything like the ads. If you don't incorporate the eco-express soil with your regular soil, it is gummy. Also, the customer service is lacking, and the website and app are not user-friendly. I went to my cart to try to change my order, and it won't let me. Not sure if I would buy it if I knew all this ahead of ordering.

Love my Lomi 2. It's perfect for our vacation home to compost scraps and not worry about stink or pests when we are not there. Can compost, dump in landscape, clean in dishwasher. Whoola!

Pro environmental impacts. Creates plant food I don't have to pay for, and they have never been greener or looked healthier. My Veg garden gets fed as well. It might take up a bit of space on the counter, but we use it so much more than I thought I would. Only thing we still put in our Green Bin is animal excrement (wouldn't want that in my Lomi anyway). Chicken bones, raw veg, leftovers, Lomi 2 breaks it all down during a cycle. I've super packed the bucket and had success every cycle. Get one!!

I can't believe how unhelpful this app is. It's just a bunch of links to webpages and videos. I've been trying to connect to my lomi and nothing-not the Wi-Fi, the Bluetooth or anything is staying in the app. I'm logged in. The lomi itself says it's connected to Wi-Fi, but it won't show up on the app. And once I start the connection process again, I have to close the whole app and reopen it rather than just press back to the home page.

what can go in lomi simply goes to website. App doesn't add value to the Lomi Classic experience.

No matter what I tried it won't let me add my new Lomi Bloom to my account. So much for upgrading.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
