It is so much work to redeem your points. It's ridiculous. I tried for years just to open up an account. Had to get somebody at London drug store to help me. I have these $5 amounts I should be able to use, but I need to have 5,000 points and print out something. It's ridiculous. No other site has this much work to redeem points. Give my phone number or a number that London drug gives me as a card number, and I'm done I get My money back there's got to be a better way.

After resetting my password on the website for prescription refills it still gave me Error 01. No point in this app when you can just use the website
