Could not create an account. Was caught in an infinite loop of the app sending a code to my email and putting the code by pasting the code from my email only to be greeted with it was an improper code.

Your feedback is a joke. No one is monitoring it. I sent emails, feedback, posted on X & Facebook, reached out to the District manager & his supervisor; I'm ignored every time. Long John Silver's has no customer service. If there's an app problem, a refund needed from an app order, LJS takes the money and runs.

I came through the drive-thru, and I ordered two-piece fish with an extra piece of fish, coleslaw and fries. When I got home I only had two pieces of fish, so I was shorted one piece. I've tried calling the store several times and no one will answer the phone. So I don't know what to do from this point except leave a review and say I'm not happy.

Once you sign up with Long John Silver App you can not change my phone under my profile, and you can NOT change you email address, I trying installing their app waited 1 hour and went to Google Store and restored the Long John Silver's App and have my old Phone number and my old EMAIL from Gmail but my NEW email is now is with YAHOO EMAIL ADDRESS, the Long john silvers APP PROGRAMMER do not let change their email address after 5+ years. Birthday is wrong & I did a typo 1st setup is lock for very!
