Long johns is a fantastic Restaurant the food is Fabulous delicious hot fresh I love the fish& chips the salt really bring out that wonderful Favor they've been around forever that speaks for something in its self get yourself over to LJS you won't Regret it wished I had some now yummy 😋 thank you long John silver for being so dog gone good I gotta have some now but no money for it 🤣

Haven't been to Long John's in years. Downloaded the app to use the Mobile code for a free fish sandwich and give them another chance, but the app says it's invalid. Won't tell me what the problem is; was going to order $15 worth of food, had the free sandwich added, code expires tomorrow. Changed gears and tried to instead use the promotion taking up 1/3 of every page. That also used a code that was "invalid". Oh well.

This is a first for me. I ordered $44 worth of food at 4pm and scheduled a later time delivery (6:30) I received a text telling me that my food would be delivered at 6:17. I then received a text saying my order was picked up and would be delivered at 613. 5 min later I received a text saying that the food was being delivered WAS COLD and LJS was NOT going to remake it. I then received a call from the delivery guy telling me my order was COLD and LJS was NOT going to replace it. *to be continued!

Why are there no options for pickup? I'm not trying to get delivery, I have a car, and I'm perfectly capable of going to get my food. I'd just like the option to order for pickup. And you make impossible to see the menu unless I choose an option. I just want to see the menu. Stop making your app a pain to use.
