Loop Fort is an unfinished game. Don't spend money on it. You can finish the present content in a few hours, even without watching the optional ads. However, note, even with all upgrades you can't beat the last three areas. This is at least in part probably because even though there are equipment upgrades at the base, the Devs never bothered to implement the equipment itself.

One hour. After 1 hour of gameplay there is 0 point in any of the currency. 24 levels, then the game is just watch you complete a level. You unlock chests in about 5 minutes, cool, worthless junk. Lvl 1 chests? 100 coins, maybe. Tier 6 chest? 1k gold 200 souls. The time it takes to get a tier 6 chest, approximately 3 hours, I have no use for the gifts. After 1 hour it takes 2 runs, no matter, to get the souls to upgrade. After 3 hours there is no point in the gold, 0 upgrades after map 15.
