After using Copay for almost 2 months with no problem, one day they decided to freeze my account with the excuse that Stripe froze the account not them, I escalated the issue with Stripe due to am a customer with them, and they said none of my transactions have been through them. And my account is open and without any issue. I reported back to Copay with ticket from Stripe but still they say the same things. Stripe was the one that have the problem not Copay. The issue is that they hold almost £5

Opened as a backup to cash gratuities and decide.to have one acct for all costs incurred and side gratuities also for requests that run outside the scope of normal gig task but are feasible to request. Froze the acct that I funded myself as accumulated gratuities for rental costs. Then took there fee and didn't return after not providing a service. List under apps that use the odd appropriation in bottle necking points data for approval in above terms, bordering theft services poorly thinking

It's been a week since they put my account on hold. The documents they want me to send for verification are pretty extensive. Having to deal with this has been frustrating. My business is set up as print on demand, so someone orders items, and I use that money to pay for the items and the shipping and then the left over is my profit so with the order Copay put on hold I've had to cover the costs with my money in hopes that they release the hold soon otherwise I am going to lose money on this order.

Been using copay since 2022 on device. Since last forced update suddenly stopped working on a rooted device. Previous app versions will not work. Switched to Sumup much smoother experience with sumup.

Tried this app instead of square for my mobile mechanic business. On the 3rd payment I took my account was put on hold and was asked to send documents of my business. I sent statements, pictures, invoices, but somehow that isn't good enough, so now I have 291 dollars being held hostage for 4 months. I had full permission to charge the card for the service I performed. If you like having your hard-earned money stolen then I do recommend this app. If not stay away.
