Really convenient that they have both a fully functioning app and physical walk-in stores. Mostly I just order everything online for my restaurant, but if I need something urgently on the same day, I just drive down to their warehouse for a quick store pickup. Gives a lot of flexibility.

Disgusting app. 1. Shows items that are not in stock, takes the order and payment, and then cancels it. Despite raising complaints to the store and customer care, the issue gets zero attention. 2. Some items are in stock as per confirmation from the store but show as out of stock in the app. Still, despite complaining, there is zero response. 3. The payment system is very problematic.
