Very poor service and not any customer support system. Every one are lieing you. Delivered in 10 days in Noida same sector. We are in the Restaurant business. But very disgusting and disappointed services. Don't use Lots services.

Awful experience shopping with LOTS My relationship with LOTS is as old as 5 plus years now..... currently my CSAT experience is inversely proportional to the increasing trend of number of years spend with LOTS. Somebody needs to solve this out I will provide you with examples that can help you set up the guidelines for smooth customer experience 1. Product price charged is more than the MRP of the product itself 2. Product expiry range of a single product has different expiry range (months)

My order number 1921804, placed on December 25th, was scheduled for delivery on December 26th. Although the Lots website shows the order as delivered on the evening of December 26th, I never received it. This issue happens every time, and it is completely unacceptable.
