Over all it's a great app for personal and business use. I use it daily. Most days I use it multiple times a day. But my only complaint is just frustrating. So I was looking for a rectangular 14'x6' trampoline mat. So I typed that exact search into the search bar. And all the search results were all round mats. Not a single rectangular one!! Like I said it's not a dealbreaker with the app it's just a minor inconvenience within the app. I'm really just hoping Amazon will see this a rectify this.

I can always find what I need. And it always comes right on time. The next day in bulk or limited 💯 I can always count on the freshness, and it's never Out of stock.
The app functions ok, however the one issue it has just like the regular Amazon app, when you program the search settings to search for something specific, auto parts for a certain make and model vehicle for example, it is not 100% accurate, I have bought auto parts more than once that did Not go to my car so that's something Amazon needs to work on, ACCURACY in the search settings

Customer service is ridiculous. Transfer after transfer with zero resolution. Just like hundreds of other users. I am experiencing payment verification issues. Yet we can not verify it because the app is broke. But of course their reps say "it's a card issue. Talk to your cardholder." That is so inaccurate. Look at how many people have payment issues. It isn't a card issue, it is an Amazon issue, and they can not fix it. App is useless now. What is the point of having a business account now?

I am sick to death of the frequency of delivery issues I have with this platform. I am ordering things on here that are needed for my business. Items are frequently not delivered within the quoted timeframe; half the time, I order a specific product *because* of the time it will arrive, and then it does not arrive on time. I also frequently experience unexplained 'delivery issues.' My business is not at all hard to find. And yet this platform does not allow complaints about delivery issues.
