While the app is fine the shipping is horrible. The delivery hours are not business friendly. Items come after work hours are left outside and stolen. Even though I have a sign stating not to leave packages outside, they will be stolen.

The app functions ok, however the one issue it has just like the regular Amazon app, when you program the search settings to search for something specific, auto parts for a certain make and model vehicle for example, it is not 100% accurate, I have bought auto parts more than once that did Not go to my car so that's something Amazon needs to work on, ACCURACY in the search settings

When shopping for my business it is nice to have a tad lower prices. However I am not willing to pay for 2 Amazon Prime accounts, and I prefer my personal Amazon Prime because its only $8.50 a month. And business prime is an additional $16.95 not worth it to me in the long run.

The app is being extremely difficult. The shopping cart items are incorrect. The numbers of items in the cart keeps changing. I had 6 items and at checkout the order went through for only 2 items.

Since I switched from regular Amazon account to the Business account I have had nothing but problems! The regular Amazon account I could track my packages with no problem but with the Business account I can NEVER track my packages! THE BUSINESS AMAZON ACCOUNT IS THE WORST ACCOUNT TO EVER HAVE! DO NOT GET THE BUSINESS AMAZON ACCOUNT!

Horrible business app for a billion dollar a day company. Every order says verify payment method, but the app just shows a blank screen on click. All worked well until the last May update. Not a usable app for my business. You can do much better Amazon, are you reading the reviews? Your customers are demanding action...and will leave Amazon to find what we need elsewhere without the hassle.
