It doesn't work in many stores and the only decent way I could get this to work was to add it to Google pay, I got a free £20 from work, so I persevered with it, but I wouldn't buy one for myself or others

Slowest customer service emails I have ever experienced. Cards pending for 2 days then when trying to upload to GPay, no luck and nowhere to get help that I can find. Can't call and talk to anyone, hoping £150 doesn't end up having to be spent from my bank rather than these e-vouchers. As expected, GPay didn't work, just keeps saying to try again later! I want my money!!!

Useless. Doesn't work anywhere, can't even get it to work on John Lewis which is on the list of approved retailers. Avoid this company.
