Terrible, complicated app with glitches in the system making verification impossible. Update: the customer care proved to be brilliant, they contacted me promptly and resolved the issue. Shopping with the card after adding that to Google pay is as easy as with any other card.

Scam company - won't give access to purchased cards unless you download their app. Cards don't work online and always fail 3d secure checks. Company might send 3d secure code some time but won't matter as cards are not initialized within the payments system correctly meaning no vendor asks for the 3d secure code anyway - it just fails. Every time you try to use the card online (card num/exp/ccv via a site). Also, don't bother with support - 1 single email of multiple was answered.

Pathetic customer service. There is a phone number that tells you to use the live chat function on their website. Can anybody actually find the link to live chat? It also references a help email which is different to the support email address listed on Google Pay - so which one do I use? They claim they address issues within 60 minutes. That's not true. You will receive an acknowledgement email within 60 minutes but that's about it.
