Terrible, complicated app with glitches in the system making verification impossible. Update: the customer care proved to be brilliant, they contacted me promptly and resolved the issue. Shopping with the card after adding that to Google pay is as easy as with any other card.

Pathetic customer service. There is a phone number that tells you to use the live chat function on their website. Can anybody actually find the link to live chat? It also references a help email which is different to the support email address listed on Google Pay - so which one do I use? They claim they address issues within 60 minutes. That's not true. You will receive an acknowledgement email within 60 minutes but that's about it.

This app doesn't work. The cards are useless without verification. Unfortunately when you try to verify the app just closes.
