I haven't had any issues other than I find it very frustrating that companies are restricting you to use payment options like debit on their app. Why makes things harder than they need to be when I know it wouldn't be hard for them to add it as an alternative method of pay from the bank account. If you offer it over the phone then it definitely should be offered here on the app. Please rethink your reasoning for restricting the payment options and show a lil customer appreciation!!

If you have an Amazon credit card this app is a must if you want to pay what you owe instead of having to go to the browser to do it. I like that I get notifications about due or past due payments, so I can always be on top when the bill comes in. App hasn't given me any issues let's hope it stays that way

Stay away from this company. All my credit cards limit increase overtime. This one decreased! Was told they actively monitor credit. Sorry my largest account closed due to company closing and raised my threshold on debt factor. Keep in mind I'm not late on anything, I have no bad accounts. It's just my debt increased. So many other cards out there people, This is one of the worst if not the worse one.

Do not get this card. No help from customer service. To post a payment it takes 5 -7 days. Then they close the account with no warning, and they do not refund you back your deposit. Just use Karma.
