If you have an Amazon credit card this app is a must if you want to pay what you owe instead of having to go to the browser to do it. I like that I get notifications about due or past due payments, so I can always be on top when the bill comes in. App hasn't given me any issues let's hope it stays that way

I got new phone & wanted to the app for my Synchrony Amazon. Trying to retrieve username since the app stayed open previously, I couldn't remember. I went through the process but when it got to send code, it was numbers no longer have. I called. The 1st one transferred to a "specialist", what a joke. She told me that I would have to call the credit bureaus to fix. WHY? I called back, requested sup who said no problem. The next person on the line was going to transfer me to a "specialist". AHHH

This card sucks. I paid off the full amount on March 4. It has not shown up on my account on Amazon. My personal bank gave them the cash on the 6th of March. Here it is the 7th of March and all I have available to spend is $6. I have a $400 limit on the card. My bank gave the $380, which THEY have. So they can shove this card up their behinds, it is not worth the hassle. SO Beware of YOU SIGN UP. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS CARD OR SYNCHRONY BANK.
