If you have an Amazon credit card this app is a must if you want to pay what you owe instead of having to go to the browser to do it. I like that I get notifications about due or past due payments, so I can always be on top when the bill comes in. App hasn't given me any issues let's hope it stays that way

I haven't had any issues other than I find it very frustrating that companies are restricting you to use payment options like debit on their app. Why makes things harder than they need to be when I know it wouldn't be hard for them to add it as an alternative method of pay from the bank account. If you offer it over the phone then it definitely should be offered here on the app. Please rethink your reasoning for restricting the payment options and show a lil customer appreciation!!

This card sucks. I paid off the full amount on March 4. It has not shown up on my account on Amazon. My personal bank gave them the cash on the 6th of March. Here it is the 7th of March and all I have available to spend is $6. I have a $400 limit on the card. My bank gave the $380, which THEY have. So they can shove this card up their behinds, it is not worth the hassle. SO Beware of YOU SIGN UP. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS CARD OR SYNCHRONY BANK.

So yea this bank (Synchrony) is nothing but a credit killing thief. Got canceled due to a payment that I didn't even have to make not going through which I immediately fixed and when I called to get more info the customer service and there manager both just read from a script to tell me I shat out of luck in a more infuriating way. I would recommend NEVER GETTING A CARD THAT'S BACKED BY THEM PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!!
