Don't know what's worse the app or bank. Paid my credit card on the phone my minimum payment is 115.00 a month and paid 200.00 hasn't showed up on app that it was paid but a now the app shows I'm late and delinquent, and I owe 233.00 for the coming month. My due date was the 12th, so I'm way early. This Bank sucks and the app. What a terrible experience wish Never used this card. Going to call the BBB see what they'll do.

Rating changed because this app is not accurate when scheduling a payment! Every month I schedule my payment when it's due, and it says it's processing my payment but at the same time it's also saying my payment is past due! I've called Synchrony customer service several times and keep getting the same answer that they see my payment, and it's not past due! That is an unacceptable answer! The Bank needs to be looking into why this is happening because it's happening with all my Synchrony accounts!

Cant use the app. App keeps telling me cant view or use the account right now, come try again later. Been like this for a year now I think, so basically I cant use their services with my account, luckily I found ways to pay what I owed outside the app. But the app is trash in my opinion from where I am sitting because I can't load in and view everything. Its just broken, feel like deleting and forgetting about this company.
