Synchrony refuses to address security and login issue with its mobile app and website. They use a 3rd party verification company to register your app account, that is not secure and has bad data. They claim to not have authority to correct the information, specifically phone numbers. When you reach out to cardholder customer service, there are a bunch of rude outsourced giving canned responses and bad attitudes. It's my belief that they're running a racket, and need to be investigated.

Tired of being shuffled in and out of the app to verify my identity. The new app doesn't recognize my password, or the kind of account I have, so I have to go through the process of entering my account number every time I want to log in, and there doesn't appear to be any way to update your password in the app. So frustrating.
