I have never, ever missed or had a late payment on any line of credit ever. I got a card through synchrony to buy new tires for my car, and set up auto-pay to pay off the card with the promotional rate. Lo and behold, my money was never taken on the autopay date, and my first ever late fee incurred. I'll never, ever bank through Synchrony again, and I probably won't ever buy tires from discount tire now either. Thanks.

The app used to be convenient and then they "improved it. ". After that you had to jump through multiple links to be able to sign in. NOW it won't even accept my username and gives me some kind of warning about special characters (which I have none of) and it has now become unusable. My password and login work fine on my laptop, so I know it isn't that. Please fix this.

My Credit Card got compromised I've been waiting for my Credit Card for more than a month now 1st : Received the original Credit Card no issue. Replacement Credit Card 1st : Lost Credit Card in the mail for wrong address information 2nd : Send to FedEx and never receive reason wrong address again. Called FedEx and the Credit Card bank. Information correct in the Bank but FedEx and USPS getting wrong address. 3rd :. Send to FedEx and never receive reason wrong address again. Called FedEx
