Subject: UI Bug - Payment screen shows institutional name "BANK OF AMERICA, N.A." twice without account separation Hello, I am using the Synchrony app on Android for my Brands Mart card. I want to report a UI bug on the payment selection screen. I have two different Bank of America checking accounts linked. When I go to choose a payment method, both options look identical, showing only the institutional text: "BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.". The app does not display the last 4 digits of each account,

Will never get credit with them again! This has nothing to do with the app. I had 3 credit cards with them for over a decade, never one late payment. "Their" Amazon card app was dropping a digit from my new bank account which was 17 digits long, so my payment bounced. I couldn't get help as to why. They closed all my cards stating I made a "dishonored" payment on one of my accounts AND removed my pending rewards balance. They will NEVER have to worry about me as a customer!

Good luck with this shady credit company. I opened the account over a year ago and within months they cut my credit limit in half despite never being late with a single payment and paying far over the minimum amount due. Today they closed the account and took a hit to my credit score. Again, NEVER LATE ONCE. Always paid FAR over the minimum payment. My credit score is actually higher today then the day I opened the account. Stick with a REAL credit card if you can.
