I love the app... It has all of my Store Credit Cards account, so I don't have to open an app for each one. I just open up My Synchrony app and pay all the accounts that are due.

Can't log into my bank account from this app. Keeps asking for my company. Chose synchrony. Have it the account number. It just takes me to the website. I wanted to use the website I would go to the website. Pointless.

Was working for a couple of weeks, then broke again, we need stability in this app... This app constantly gives errors when opening after biometric login. Only way is to delete app data and reload. Then you have to start over with signing up an account to pull up accounts. Works for a couple of days then back to the broken icon and message "we are having trouble loading this account right now, try again later"

Made a $200 payment Monday before my due date and now charged a $41 late fee because the app did not submit the payment AT ALL. What the heck is going on here.

They purposefully make the app clunky so It's hard to pay them
