This app used to be great. Ever since the account rework the app is stuck in a loop and the website is no better. I cannot actually make the system work to let me update my accounts. I had to go through the direct agencies, not Synchrony, to make payments. Get your stuff together before we all come down with a class action suit for obstructing the payment processes to our creditors. This is pathetic.

I don't know how this app has 4.5 starts. It's very misleading. I can't log in about 50% of the time.

Was working for a couple of weeks, then broke again, we need stability in this app... This app constantly gives errors when opening after biometric login. Only way is to delete app data and reload. Then you have to start over with signing up an account to pull up accounts. Works for a couple of days then back to the broken icon and message "we are having trouble loading this account right now, try again later"
