These apps sometimes takes almost 10 trials before a transaction goes through, once you go to your Mobile best sign before you come back to complete your transaction everything has disappeared. Not recommended very frustrating to use

L filled out all my personal details. Then l had to scan my ID card. First the front part with my photo on it. L took the picture, and it said the picture of it is no good, although the result was good. L tried a couple of times more and the same answer. L opted for speaking with an agent. L spoke with the agent and showed him my I. D card. Then the call was disconnected. Another three more agents called me, and it was immediately disconnected. Right now l can't open an account in this app.

Shity app. When I use the best sign on same device for confirmation, it sends error and initiates new login try. And it keeps repeating....so in the end gotta go to bank personally. .

Everytime technical problems and annoying the app is always very laggy and the service is very trash and when u call them for help they won't answer and always in bad mood
