Love the extra cash back that you get with interest from these accounts. They have outpaced all the other ones. However, when it comes to just the app, it could be a little less rigid. You have to go back and forth back and forth back and forth in order to see things where it would be really helpful to have one nice dashboard that actually shows you how much interest you've gotten, how much in and/or out, etc. When I'm reconciling my month, it would be more helpful.

Any time I try to log in I get a message saying unable to complete your request at this time. Uninstalled and reinstalled this app multiple times in the past but always get the same error. I can log into the Synchrony website without issue, but never been able to log on using this app. It doesn't work at all for me. I have no issues with the multiple other banking apps I have on my phone. Just this one

Extremely poor experience with my first attempt to withdraw funds I have stored and accumulated over a month. Within the last week I have had to call in 3 times to get my account unlocked just for logging into the app or the credit card. Synchrony is only going to piss you off and keep your funds held up. Literally the only way to get money out is cause for alarm for them -_-

The app might be fine. But stay away from synchrony bank. They'll freeze your account for no reason, and it will take 2 weeks to find out what's going on and then another 2 weeks before you can get access. Worst banking experience I've ever had
