Love the extra cash back that you get with interest from these accounts. They have outpaced all the other ones. However, when it comes to just the app, it could be a little less rigid. You have to go back and forth back and forth back and forth in order to see things where it would be really helpful to have one nice dashboard that actually shows you how much interest you've gotten, how much in and/or out, etc. When I'm reconciling my month, it would be more helpful.

I like Synchrony, but for months now I've been receiving an unable to connect, please check your connection message when I try to log in. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared data and cache. Because check deposit is only available from the app, there's literally no way to deposit checks into my account. I expect this from Marcus, but not from a product that's supposed to include this feature. Epic fail.

App is a piece of C R A P ! ! Asks for username and password then can't find your account. No way to access credit card accounts to pay, check balance, or see status. The customer service people barely speak English and all they know is what the script says.

This app and its website lock its owners out of their bank accounts. Twice now it forces you to "Confirm your identity" using a phone number, but after entering a valid 10-digit phone number (even if it's the only phone number registered to the account), the form says otherwise for some insane reason unbeknownst to the user and permanently locks you out. Not even support seems to be able to help.
