Love the extra cash back that you get with interest from these accounts. They have outpaced all the other ones. However, when it comes to just the app, it could be a little less rigid. You have to go back and forth back and forth back and forth in order to see things where it would be really helpful to have one nice dashboard that actually shows you how much interest you've gotten, how much in and/or out, etc. When I'm reconciling my month, it would be more helpful.

Got hit with charges that don't add up and when I try to talk to the reps they just argue and talk circles even when their statements for my account do NOT add up. Don't use them of the Amazon credit cards.

Mobile check deposit keeps overwriting the front check picture with the back check picture. Can't get the app to save into the back check slot and therefore cannot move past the picture screen

The app might be fine. But stay away from synchrony bank. They'll freeze your account for no reason, and it will take 2 weeks to find out what's going on and then another 2 weeks before you can get access. Worst banking experience I've ever had
