Had this bank less than 30 days so be aware the security of this bank is level 1 out of 10. Regardless of how much my money you returned due to fraud hackers utilizing this app it was still taken. every day the app is unavailable 2am ET mysteriously.

FIX THE APP ALREADY!! For months EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to open it, I get an error message saying "we're experiencing a temporary issue that may prevent you from logging in. Our team is working quickly to resolve" Having this issue for MONTHS is not a temporary issue nor are you all working quickly to resolve it. I have to try several times to try to open the app, sometimes 20 minutes. Extremely inconvenient and frustrating. FIX IT ALREADY

I spoke with a Frost Bank representative today regarding several payments that were withdrawn directly from my account to a specific payee. I requested a record of all payments made, but I was told that Frost “doesn’t have the technology” to provide that information and that I would need to manually review two years of statements on my own. This response was not helpful or practical, so I asked to speak with a manager. While I was on hold waiting for the supervisor, the call disconnected. Thank
