Super inconvenient. Need to create an account and the registration form is in Spanish only, although the rest of the app is later available in English. Tickets can't directly be paid for, you need to add arbitrary credit first, and then pay for the ticket. The street I parked in (a large avenue: "Avda. De Tomás Roca Bosch") wasn't even listed in the app.

1.) App apparently only works in Spanish properly. English version switches back to Spanish all the time. Ridiculous that you cannot provide a working app in a foreign language considering that the app is heavily used by tourists. 2.) The process to pay parking tickets should be more streamlined. Why do I need to provide a number plate to pay a parking ticket? I was using a rental car that I already returned. Why register useless information?
