App might not have the best usability and performance but does all it needs. Bikes are comfortable even for a several hour rental and to go up the hills a bit. Stations are available in most areas. Customer care and technical service is very efficient: they solved a blocked bike in half hour, technician came with his service van and fixed the issue in a few minutes. Highly recommend.

It never lets me return the bikes. I get off the bike lock it, and it says I have an active rental. Close the app, re-open. Same thing. I have to lock and unlock it about 10 times until it shows that I have returned it. I spend more time locking and returning the bike than I do on my bike ride. I really want this to work, but it just doesn't :(

The app and service doesn't work. I've hired bikes through next bike all over the world, but Las Palmas is the first to have a system that doesn't work.

Not working, can't register in the app, no message sent, when I try through the web it's written already registered, but I still didn't get my pin, terrible app, don't recommend, one star is still too much.

Terrible service for scooters - 4x scooters "available" at the C. Munguía station, but I couldn't scan the qr code, and manually entering the scooter number just responded with "bike not found" Shite
