Straightforward booking system. A pity that the order of play schedule for Finals Day meant being sneaked into Court 1 to see the Ladies Doubles final after we'd watched the Men's and Ladies singles onCentre Court.

Rubbish, waste of time. You can't get access to you tickets. It's all about booking courts and recording your results.

Unable to load tickets page with only an error message displayed despite being logged in, no other way to access tickets and no response from a website inquiry to the LTA 8 days before I was due to attend. Update 19/6: Saw someone else had fixed by changing their password. It worked! Go to my profile tab, click change password, change it in the LTA page that opens (I had to use a different special character to before), go back to the app, click log out and then log back in with new password.

Has anyone experience of turning up without tickets if the worse comes to the worst, and I can't download them still unable to download, and I am going Saturday and Sunday. Nobody from LTA seems to care. Doubt if I'll risk it again next year night before and still no joy but at least I have email with ticket number

I've been using this app for tickets to Queens Club this week and for following match scores and schedule. The app does not always give accurate information or update changes in schedule despite updated info showing in a different tennis app. I was able to access my tickets which I'd purchased online.
