Straightforward booking system. A pity that the order of play schedule for Finals Day meant being sneaked into Court 1 to see the Ladies Doubles final after we'd watched the Men's and Ladies singles onCentre Court.

Very frustrating. It's the only way to get your tickets. Mine was showing a week before the event then disappeared the night before. I couldn't see my account to check I was logged in. Goodness only knows if I'll see any tennis. Combined with a dysfunctional website that made me reselect cookie options at every screen, I will not be going to another LTA event for a very long time

Rubbish, waste of time. You can't get access to you tickets. It's all about booking courts and recording your results.

My tickets disappeared 2 days before going to Queens for no reason, and I can't find them now absolute nightmare still going and hope with my receipt and seat numbers I can get in

Unable to load tickets page with only an error message displayed despite being logged in, no other way to access tickets and no response from a website inquiry to the LTA 8 days before I was due to attend. Update 19/6: Saw someone else had fixed by changing their password. It worked! Go to my profile tab, click change password, change it in the LTA page that opens (I had to use a different special character to before), go back to the app, click log out and then log back in with new password.
