Very nice app to use, straight forward & easy to navigate. Only small thing is not able to find & book indoor court for the winter.

Booking a court doesn't work. Sometimes the data doesn't match the Club spark website. Payment was made, but I didn't get any confirmation email, nor could I find it in my bookings. I got a "complete your booking" email from LTA but saw a "500 internal server error" after following the link.

App closes as soon as it opens. App installs > log in > enable biometrics (or not tried both) > app crashes. Reopen > crash > repeat Tried booking on website and booking process failed each time. Courts are empty (im standing next to them) but each time slot I attempt to book says processing failed and then shows that that time slot is taken on reattempt.

It just took me 15 mins to complete a booking. The app was showing slots available, but I was unable to book them. Then the penny dropped – I crossed-checked with the website and found out that those slots were actually booked (repeating coaching sessions). I chose another slot and payment fail due to an internal error (tried 2 different cards). I then booked via the website, but the slot I paid for is not in my upcoming bookings in the app. And this is just the most recent issue. Useless app!
