Always been nice and helpful if you need them for any problems with your internet connection or phone connection.etc

★★★★★ Dan Draper · Oct 14, 2024

Awesome app. Keeps me aware of who is connected. Highly recommend.

★★☆☆☆ Jasmine Young · Apr 25, 2025

It would be 5 stars and the only reason it's not 1 star is that I've used this for so long and this is the 1st issue I've had. The app won't connect to my router when it was already connected. This is the 1st that I'm having any issues with it, and it sucks because I REALLY need to be able to access it.

★☆☆☆☆ Brian H · Jul 29, 2025

Very slow. Keeps locking up and says the app needs to be updated. Keeps saying connect my modem but when I try to it says modem is already in use. Got lots of bugs that need fixing.
