New update from April 14 has issues. I was excited because I am an android user and would finally be getting access to all the features IOS users have as creators. I updated the app but mine is stuck in Shopper mode. I cannot access ltk dm or collections as a Creator. I had to manually email LTK because I cannot even access the help center. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling I tried clearing the data and the cache and even restarted my phone nothing worked. Please Help!

I really like this app. No more pinterest, now I go straight to LTK. My only issue is with the heart (like) button. It’s unclear whether something has actually been liked. The heart doesn’t visibly change (like turning red), so I often can’t tell if my selection registered. Sometimes it shows “0” but is liked confusing. I have to check my favorites to confirm constantly which interrupts the experience. A clearer visual change, like the heart turning red, would help. Otherwise LOVE THIS APP

The app doesn't work keeps logging me out even when I put the correct username and password I'm only able to access LTK on a web browser. So it's definitely the app that needs fixing.

If I could give the app no stars I would. This used to be a great app where I could follow all my favorite content creators and easily buy things. Now all the app does is bring you to the login page just to constantly log you out. I see that people have been consistently been giving the same complaint, yet there's still no fix. LTK do better please.

Crashes often when I open the app, and is glitchy when I am finally able to open the app.

OMG this app is so irritating!! It never, and I mean never, opens from another app like Instagram. It's glitchy and unstable. And if I open it independently the creators reels aren't chronological, so I can't find anything! Useless.
