I subscribed to ipsy a couple of weeks ago. My payment went through (I can prove it). I tried reaching out to them, and they said my email doesn't match any on file, but I can prove that's not true, either, because I only use one email. So basically they took 17 dollars from me and are trying to cover it up

It's a scam app I haven't gotten anything, and the fact they charged 71 dollars for a box when it said $17 it's ridiculous it's not worth your money at all don't waste time on it

Ipsy isn't great anymore. Only thing I like is the occasional bag design. Most products are cheap, never heard of brands. If you order off their shop, you could get expired products (I did). I've had wrong items sent. Customer service has tanked: unhelpful and filled with verbose niceties. If you have concerns, they might completely ignore it. They send doubles of said cheap products. I don't know the point of the quiz, because I rarely seem to get a brand I'd like to try, most stuff is bland.
