I first got the lowest package and used products that only came in samples. Now that I have the middle-priced packages, they are full sized, and I like that package, after the cheapest samples and cute zipper bags, the 1st box I received was HUGE pastel colored box, I was impressed !!

Just get a Box charm box. They only give good boxes to youtubers or TikTokers. I love my ipsy even when they send me every month mascara or liquid eyeliner. How much mascara or liquid eyeliner do you need apparently every month to ipsy. Don't buy stuff or buy with points because you never know if you will get it. Once you tell them they don't anwer you. So sad. Everything else is great. Really great! I was getting the ultra box... I order a box today 2-10-26 all I got in by box wash 3 blushes...

Ipsy isn't great anymore. Only thing I like is the occasional bag design. Most products are cheap, never heard of brands. If you order off their shop, you could get expired products (I did). I've had wrong items sent. Customer service has tanked: unhelpful and filled with verbose niceties. If you have concerns, they might completely ignore it. They send doubles of said cheap products. I don't know the point of the quiz, because I rarely seem to get a brand I'd like to try, most stuff is bland.

So I tried to cancel my monthly subscription after I got my first one I tried canceling it 3 times, so I assumed it was, but it charged my card again I went to see if my ipsy was still activated it said it wasn't but then y charge me, and I made a complaint and asked for a refund, and they refused, so I no longer will be a future customer
