App works well. Sign-up is a bit tedious, but if your phone supports eSIM, you can switch over from your current carrier in about 15 minutes. Definitely recommend!

Awesome experience, great value for money, nice level of control over my digital communication needs and how to utilize the service. It's a new digital way to use my mobile service. The online account dashboard is easy to use and navigate. Now I know how to spend my money on which service and how. It's a new way of managing my mobile service, as it should have been since years.

Now that this app supports fingerprint/face unlock, it has nearly everything I want. I can configure my data renewals, account settings, and check on what I want to check. The only major feature remaining would be adding summaries to the Usage History page. The ability to see individual usage periods is good, but it's not a very helpful page if you can't see a summary of the total amount used in a time period.

Do Not Recommend Lum Mobile! The app is often glitchy and doesn't work well. You're better off using the website instead. As far as service with Lum, I'm very disappointed! Can't say I've ever had a positive experience when reaching out to customer service. And with their recent changes in late 2024, they screwed over long-term customers, which is very disappointing to see! I used to recommend Lum to family and friends (before the changes) but now that certainly is not the case.

App is always broken. Now it's telling me to update to continue using. But there is no update. If we're going to use a phone service that relies on digital services we should be able to use them without issue.

THIS APP IS 100% BROKEN. Gets stuck on update prompt. "Update available! You are using an older version of the app. Please update now to continue using the app." However, no update is available to download on Google Play. I am unable to get past this update notification. Tested on multiple Android phones and all have exact same bug. (May 7, 2026)
