The online account dashboard is easy to use and navigate. Now I know how to spend my money on which service and how. It's a new way of managing my mobile service, as it should have been since years.

Now that this app supports fingerprint/face unlock, it has nearly everything I want. I can configure my data renewals, account settings, and check on what I want to check. The only major feature remaining would be adding summaries to the Usage History page. The ability to see individual usage periods is good, but it's not a very helpful page if you can't see a summary of the total amount used in a time period.

App is always broken. Now it's telling me to update to continue using. But there is no update. If we're going to use a phone service that relies on digital services we should be able to use them without issue.

Lum is fine when it works, an absolute nightmare should you run into any issues. I opened a support ticket with them on March 2, 2023, because my phone was not working - no data, no calls, no texts, nothing. We are now at Marc 24, 2023, and it's still not resolved. Further to that, they actually forced me to purchase a year membership to get my phone to work at all (it can now text/call), but still I am unable to use the data. Literally any other provider would be a better choice.

Inexcusably bad UX. I can't access the main menu unless I force the app into split screen mode and move Lum to the bottom. The menu button not accessible otherwise.
