I had 3 different helpers. The 1st & my current fixed helper, I am very pleased with her. I chose fortnightly and booked the same helper so that I is familiar with my home. I love to use the Luce app as I could check my previous, current bookings and cancelled of bookings r also made through the app. Any issues, just WhatsApp the sales team. Best of it, there are no other charges. I only pay for the service that I booked after the helper has completed her job. So far, I have no complaints.

Incoherent support service provided. Consistency can be improved. Billing app doesn't show invoices properly. Monthly, fortnightly charges are billed as one final amount without details. Assumes WhatsApp is not updated so sends email. On contrary, WhatsApp was already updated to latest version in March 2024. Service is not impressive. Chasing is required. Multiple WhatsApp channel is being used to assist queries.

It was a terrible experience. The person assigned was an elderly lady who turned up late, couldn’t even bend her back, and it took her 2 hours just to dry-wipe a 4-room HDB (not even mop). She then spent the rest of the 3-hour session scrubbing the 2 toilet bowls w long handle, without washing the toilets. This close to $80 job could have been done much better by ourselves. We cancelled all future sessions immediately after payment and uninstalled the app.

Disappointing experience... The cleaner they assigned is very poor on hygiene, she used our towel to wipe hands, washed dirty hands and cloth in kitchen basin on top of my dish plates... broke my toilet trash can without informing... etc., after complain this to luce, they cannot find a "highly rated & experienced" for my replacement... I think what I asked for is the basic professionalism of a cleaning service provider, not some outlandish demand... won't use again
