Lucid Dreaming Reality Journal

Lucid Dreaming App by HowToLucid.com — Reality Checks, Dream Journal, Techniques

Train yourself to recognize when you’re dreaming and start having lucid dreams more consistently.

This app combines smart reality check reminders, a powerful dream journal, and practical lucid dreaming lessons—built by a real lucid dreamer and coach.

Created by Kai Riverstone, founder of HowToLucid.com and a lucid dreaming coach, this app is designed to help you build the habits that actually lead to lucidity: awareness during the day, better dream recall at night, and proven techniques you can practice immediately.

Key features
Reality check reminders you can customize: change the reminder text, choose your frequency, and tailor timing to fit your routine

Dream journal that’s fully usable (not just notes): quickly log dreams, mark whether each dream was lucid or non-lucid, and build consistency

Tag your dreams: track themes, symbols, triggers, and patterns that can increase lucid hits over time

Export your journal as a text file: keep backups, share with a coach, or move your entries anywhere you like

Learn lucid dreaming: clear explanations of what lucid dreaming is, why it works, and how to get started

Technique library: step-by-step guidance so you’re not guessing what to do tonight

Built for daily use: fast logging, simple organization, and reminders that support habit-building instead of distracting you

How it helps (real example
Set your reality check reminder to: “Am I dreaming? Count your fingers.” When it pops up during the day, you do the check and genuinely question your state. Over time, that habit carries into dreams—so when something feels “off,” you do the same check and become lucid.

This app is created by Kai Riverstone—founder of HowToLucid.com and an experienced lucid dreaming coach—so the features are built around the real-world process of getting lucid, not just flashy ideas.
