I love Lucy & Yak! 💕 Thank you so much for creating a US store! The only issue at the moment is that I'm unable to add "Sold out" sizes to my Wishlist like the UK website/app & there is no "Notify when available" option for some items either.

I apparently can't use my UK account login, so I'm sure my wishlist won't carry over. But it also won't let me register a new account. It says to check my email, but an hour later, and I still don't have any, even though I've sent the request twice. EDIT: Still having these issues a year later! I can't sign up for the rewards program, can't get support chat to work, can't sign in or create an account. I was so excited for the US app, but it apparently just doesn't work.

It's like this app is 2 in one. The "search and shop" tab allowed me to create an account and order, but the "home" tab is logged out and refuses to recognize my login info. The wishlist is also not working. Please fix the app.

How delighted I was to hear about the US store! This "shiny new app" has a lot of problems. I was not a fan of the OG opening up like it's running a browser instead of a dedicated app page, but that has become an actual probem. Clicking "FAQ" redirects to the UK site, asks if you want to browse from the US, and neither option directs to any form of FAQs page. The Wishlist and Filters also do not seem to work. I'm already overlooking the need for a whole new account with no migration. Needs TLC.
