This app used to connect to my smartwatch but since Peloton it is no longer showing up on my watch because of the Peloton app please correct this I need Lululemon to reconnect

Updated review - everything works pretty well, classes are good. Volume control is very loud even at 3 out of max volume. Max is probably 50. Doesn't get quiet enough for a house with a baby in it

This is the only thing that keeps me working out. They integrate good music (a wide selection), and I like almost all the Lululemon instructors. There's a very wide selection of classes, even meditation. The downside is that they canceled the live classes but still charge the same monthly subscription which doesn't make sense.

Well-made app overall - it could be streamlined and made easier to check your stats over the weeks (not just the current week) progress. Also, it would be great to be able to search for specific trainers to see all their classes. Great classes and trainers! A couple of ideas: A page for each trainer where you can follow them to keep track of new workouts and see their workout series. Monthly progress (HR, weekly workouts, time spent, etc.) shown on a graph or on a chart on the app would help 🙂

Every few quarters I have to contact Tech Support because workouts don't play. I've updated the app, restarted it, restarted the mirror, restarted my phone, etc. etc. but can't get a solution on my own. It's a huge disappointment and waste of my time. It's hard enough getting motivated to start a workout, only to have the device not do the basics. The Mirror is just expensive piece of decor at this point. A real shame since the content is actually really good (when it plays).

For the past two days my app has been glitching nonstop. It keeps saying it's unavailable. I'm paying for a service I used to love that now I can't even use. This Peloton deal has been a disaster. It's clear that Lululemon is not even doing basic maintenance and updates on the Mirror. It's so frustrating the way you've destroyed a great product. PS -- we miss our trainers, especially Lonnie.
