My shopping experience has been amazing with this company. The customer service is second to none. The fabric quality is superb. My only problem has been in not quite knowing the exact sizes needed. I had to return two dresses. One for refund and one for exchange. The exchange is out for delivery now, and I just notified them of the exchange 2 days ago. Moving forward, we will always order from Lulus. At a time when customer service is in the toilet with so many companies, Lulus is on top. Ty!

The app never seems to be working. Every time you click on wishlist it asks you to log in again and again. Sometimes it's not even possible to add clothes to your cart. It's so bad I usually just use the website on my phone. I'm going to delete the app right after this comment.

Does not reflect accurate availability of items for sale. You have to find out when you add it to your cart, only to be told that it's sold out 🙄 10/10 wouldn't recommend.

The latest update is horrible and makes the app is unusable. Constantly signs me out, empties my cart, won't lead me add to favorites or add to cart. The website experience isn't the best, so I prefer the app, but now I can't even make purchases. Like I'm trying to give you all my money, but you're making it impossible 🙄

Whenever I add an item to my cart, then "save it for later", I can't delete it if it goes out of stock- it just stays in my "saved" forever, which is very annoying.
