I LOVE shopping on Lulus! Great variety and quality of clothes! Shipping is always timely and customer service is accommodating and friendly. Always exited to try on a purchase from here :)

My shopping experience has been amazing with this company. The customer service is second to none. The fabric quality is superb. My only problem has been in not quite knowing the exact sizes needed. I had to return two dresses. One for refund and one for exchange. The exchange is out for delivery now, and I just notified them of the exchange 2 days ago. Moving forward, we will always order from Lulus. At a time when customer service is in the toilet with so many companies, Lulus is on top. Ty!

The recent update has made the app unusable. You cannot view items once you tap on them nor add anything to your cart.
★☆☆☆☆Ashley Mahler· Dec 11, 2021
The latest update is horrible and makes the app is unusable. Constantly signs me out, empties my cart, won't lead me add to favorites or add to cart. The website experience isn't the best, so I prefer the app, but now I can't even make purchases. Like I'm trying to give you all my money, but you're making it impossible 🙄
★★☆☆☆Elena Huber· Jan 7, 2022
It's broken. I'm trying to check out, and it closes the app, or it says I do not have items in my cart despite showing an item icon in the cart.
