No way to cover or exchange coin. You just get a 'something went wrong' message when you try. I've had coin in there for approx 3 years, but there is no way to send, exchange or move. It's just permanently stuck. Messaged the 'help' page who send me a link to their faqs about cpu of which most of the links are dead and the one that is live doesn't have anyway to progress. Can't buy cpu to exchange. A mess really. Avoid and keep your coins in an alternative wallet if you want to access them again

They charge the user to transfer their crypto to another wallet, and they only accept Ethereum. The user has to buy a minimum of $100 of Ethereum which then creates a $13 charge to buy the Ethereum on top of the $5 charge to transfer the funds to another wallet.
