Has worked great for staying in touch with my mom on the other side of the world. She loves getting the photos I upload and the video calling has worked really well too. There's something weird happening when sending messages though - if I make a typo and go back to correct it, it starts typing the letters in reverse, so will end up spelling a word backwards. Not a huge issue, but weird. Overall though I'm really happy with the app and the product. Support is good too.

It makes calls which are ok, but this android app is terrible. If you go to another screen you can't get back to the lumin video, it doesn't show that you are still on a call anywhere even though I was still having a conversation. It also didn't tell me when the call was cutoff, there's no way to tell if you are in a call or not other than the other person isn't talking back. Needs a lot of work

Doesn't recognize my mobile number so cannot log in and send my elderly Mum messages. Very disappointing.

It dropped me off my mum's device. I click on the app, and it just continually tries to load. Uninstalled and reinstalled...same. Just uninstalled and reinstalled again...wish me luck

Appears to be an issue with Google phone and app. This is my second brand new Google Pixel 6 Pro phone, and I still cannot get to access the app as it will not open camera or images to allow me to add photo. Without a photo I cannot log in. I have enabled all permissions. Support were unable to replicate issue so that was it.

This app is horrible. I installed this and can't even get it to open without crashing. An app designed for the elderly to communicate with their family, what a joke.
