Asurion made me spend hours trying to find out why my brothers phone was sent back unrepaired, unusable after being held for two weeks. They told me he'd locked his phone, he didn't, google locked it, nope, told me they enterered a bad passcode too many times and reset his device, told me they'd refund my money, they didn't, instructions in mail, nope, instructions on site, wrong; the list goes on. Unbelievable system for a business. Get Square trade by Allstate, an actual insurance company.

Worst insurance company ever. I did a claim for my note 20 ultra from u.s. cellular cause the screen died. They are out of stock, so I have to wait. I asked them if they could just send me an S21 ultra instead. They said they can't. U.s. cellular doesn't have a problem with them doing that. The old insurance place u.s. cellular used to go through would do it.

Don't waste your time just go to Verizon instead. I cracked my screen because I fell I should have been a $29 repair instead I had to replace my entire phone because they will not cover Google things even though I been paying this insurance for years. End up being that $199 for a phone replacement phone I still do not have this SCAM insurance.

Since August 2021 opened My Google Business app. It was suspended have no idea why, &to this Date Sept.14th 2021, I have every day been sent to different tech groups with Google, and would tex, re-tex on an average of 3 hours a day with no help or getting My Google Business app back up, which I would have my Business posted, menue, type if Business, UPDATES EVERYDAY with COVID, changing rules from the day Businesses, RESTAURANT'S, open, time closing, capacity, take out only, etc.,
