I had a patient technician, she took her time with me and was patient. I was going nuts. When she did all she could, I was advised to return it and see if it can be repair. She tried everything.

Great. Use to work for Asurion some years ago and have stood by the Home+ aspect since we used to sell it. haven't worked for them in years now but have always had good things to say about home+...with that being said, the app needs work. Its very laggy, confusing to navigate, and customer service isn't much help at times.

It takes forever for the app to connect to your Amazon account just to make a claim. IDK if it is on purpose, but even connecting to my home Wi-Fi doesn't help.

I bought the new iPhone for someone. I sent it to that person who lived somewhere down by New York City. Then I found out she was totally a scam person. They did not ask for the New IPHONE 16 Pro Max either. I tried 5 times to file a claim through the phone call to Asurion. Because AT&T and I thought I could have because it was totally stolen. I had them for 20 + years. Til this happened to me. I am paying for an iPhone that I don't even have in my hands. I did not like how I was treated.

The one time we tried to use it was disastrous! They have yet to refund the money paid to them to fix my wife's 27" HP computer! They are an insurer that is in the business of collecting from you every month, with no thoughts of ever liquidating a legitimate claim!
