DESIGNED TO MAKE CUSTOMERS GIVE UP. I'M ASURION CUSTOMER THROUGH AMAZON PROTECTION PROGRAM. THIS IS THE CATCH. WHEN YOU BUY AN ITEM, YOU GOT TO MAKE SURE IS COVERED. SO AMAZON TAG THE PRODUCT "IS COVERED BY YOUR PROTECTION PROGRAM OR PLAN". YOU BUY IT. BUT WHEN YOU CHECK IN ASURION APP, IS THE WORST SYSTEM I EVER EXPERIENCED TO LOG IN, AND WHEN YOU FINALLY DO, WHILE YOU NAVIGATE TRYING TO SEE YOUR ITEMS, NO MATTER WHAT BUTTON YOU PRESS TO GO BACK, JUST KICK YOU OUT TO START TO LOG IN AGAIN.

I bought the new iPhone for someone. I sent it to that person who lived somewhere down by New York City. Then I found out she was totally a scam person. They did not ask for the New IPHONE 16 Pro Max either. I tried 5 times to file a claim through the phone call to Asurion. Because AT&T and I thought I could have because it was totally stolen. I had them for 20 + years. Til this happened to me. I am paying for an iPhone that I don't even have in my hands. I did not like how I was treated.
