Had some frustration in the beginning getting everything set up, but I have to give Luna Home credit where it’s due. Their customer service worked with me, stayed in contact, and helped get everything straightened out. I now have all of my cameras connected in one app, and the newer cameras paired beautifully. I'm a full-time rver, and I bought this as a security camera it does not work on 12 volts, but it does work off of 110 AC about two cameras and plan on buying two more play work excellent for the price off of The TikTok shop👍🏽

Aweful service no one seems to know what to do brought 2 cameras only one would pair to internet but not Bluetooth to complete the set-up and I am paying for a plan that allows me to link up to 5 cameras and refused my refund don't purchase awful

can't even get the camera to stay online long enough to set it up. I have a 1gb internet connection and camera connection shows steady 2 bars and then just disconnects entirely. Not worth the money or time smh. Im not going through an act of congress to get a damn camera to work.

Would NOT recommend these Luna cameras. This is the SECOND camera I’ve tried, and getting one of these damn things connected feels like it takes six months and three days till Christmas. I have reset it, re-paired it, changed Wi-Fi settings, used Legacy Mode, scanned the QR code, moved the camera right beside the router, and spent HOURS screwing with it. It still won’t stay connected. Now I have to wait for customer support to call me back. And if I return it, sure, eventually I get my money bac
