Had some frustration in the beginning getting everything set up, but I have to give Luna Home credit where it’s due. Their customer service worked with me, stayed in contact, and helped get everything straightened out. I now have all of my cameras connected in one app, and the newer cameras paired beautifully. Would NOT recommend these Luna cameras. This is the SECOND camera I’ve tried, and getting one of these damn things connected feels like it takes six months and three days till Christmas. I have reset it, re-paired it, changed Wi-Fi settings, used Legacy Mode, scanned the QR code, moved the camera right beside the router, and spent HOURS screwing with it. It still won’t stay connected. Now I have to wait for customer support to call me back. And if I return it, sure, eventually I get my money bac

App Won't Keep A Connection. Keep Going Offline And Online No Feed. Update The Application To Fix This Problem. iPhone App Work Just Fine. Every time I try to view all 3 live feed in the app it fails the connection offline and online. It's your app only no other app is doing that... So it's not my internet connection, it's only happened on mobile data, On Android, It works just fine with iPhone mobile data
