Light bulb camera does not stay color, back and forth between color and black and white. Pic on motion detection very blurry. Must have a subscription to actually view video unless watching live. Window cam won't connect to Wi-Fi. Cannot use a 256gig memory card. Can only use up to 128gig. Waste of money. Support has not been a good experience as they have not resolved any of my issues. My Ring experience over the last few years has been 100% better than these cameras and app. Not Good!

Would not recommend. A lot of the captured recordings have big time gaps and inconsistencies. Motion detection does not always record when detection should have been made.

The camera stop doing live feed 3 weeks in. I personally think that they play with them in order for us to pay a monthly subscription. I'm sending mines back if they can't hurry up and correct the issue.

From the first day that I got the app the camera went online, but it was still offline on the app for 2 days, which means I lost 2 days, and then it kept going offline. So I kept having to, restart my modem and stuff while I wasn't home & then eventually that stopped working & the camera just went offline. It's been offline ever since which is 3 or 4 days it's been offline now, so I haven't had really any use of the free 7 days as it is h now I was charged for a full year subscription😒🤨
