AETNA not accepted! They claim they accept Aetna on their site but later tell me I would have to pay out of pocket. And then no explanation why. I have Aetna Select 2 Open Access insurance through the University of Miami's premium physician employee plan. What a scam and waste of hours of my time and money. If you have other options, explore them first before going with these guys. Super disappointed and have to switch physical therapists because of their screw-up and false promises. Avoid them

Cuts you off from physical therapy if you don't show improvement. Patients with spinal cord injuries should look elsewhere.

The therapist was great but the way they hide costs was a dealbreaker for me. I have awesome insurance that covers everything, but they would not accept it, and I was not told until I had multiple sessions. I paid their bill but would never recommend them to anyone.
