Lack of verbal communication with Therapist with progress of patient after repeatedly requesting a phone call. Appointments are getting switched by text messages and usually the day of or the appt. Is wrong! Very frustrating!

Physical therapists are great and most of them know what they are doing and are a delight to work with, but their customer service absolutely sucks. They obviously don't feel like they can make enough money with insurance/their bad business model, so they charge you an additional fee on top of it. Then when trying to get the proper paperwork filled, so I can receive the care I need, they never get back to you, or send you the wrong stuff. Scam of a company.

The therapist was great but the way they hide costs was a dealbreaker for me. I have awesome insurance that covers everything, but they would not accept it, and I was not told until I had multiple sessions. I paid their bill but would never recommend them to anyone.
