The coaches are attentive, professional, responsive and create an individualized plan for clients needs and goals and within their ability. Keeping in mind any limitations or restrictions, both physical and nutritional. It is up to me to do the work and any questions I have always are addressed and answered. I feel seen, heard and valued as a client. There are also workshops and retreats available. Highly recommend their training/coaching services.

I loved the coaching they provided at first. Then, when I was actually having issues and needed real support, they wouldn't even respond to me. I would not recommend. There are better programs out there, and they don't force you to pay for any programs like LVFX does.
