Text based therapy with someone qualified, and very affordable. Very happy with the app and service. Today I just had a session to help me with maintaining consistency in my life and I got some very manageable and practical tips in the short space of time we had. It was very encouraging and actually gave me some ideas to use and put into practice, unlike with other therapy where you talk a lot and aren't given any help with managing things. Much appreciated

This was really an amazing app when I used it. It helped me to be able to talk with random people about dealing with death of a sibling, break-ups, being ghosted, and many other things. Before I left a bad review. I was pissed over a glitch that wasn't this apps fault. Thank you for all your help. Lyf is a good thing great app.

They said that I had not subscribed to planned to unlimited sessions it sessions, and it wasn't in the Google Play Store even though they keep taking money out of my account

This app was supposed to help any person with their mental health, but it literally asks for you to pay certain amounts of money depending on what session you want, for every session you need to pay.

Tried to create an account with my email, it sent an email for verification, so I pressed on the link, and it wouldn't do anything, it just came up with an error code that the site doesn't exist. So I tried it with my phone number, and it never sent the verification text! Couldn't even get into the app, so I couldn't tell you whether it's nice.
