Has really been good, but recently it had been asking for update and there is no update option in the play store. Please fix this

I love the feature where you can cash in/out using the phone, but I think the app need to fix certain bugs such as sometimes biometrics don't work such as the fingerprint, also when I try signing up at first there were a lot of errors that need some adjustments, I would recommend adding a specific option to change the theme from dark/light instead it just works with your phone theme alone, I also would recommend redesign the app layout if possible because it looks complicated for beginners.

I've been using this app over 2 years and 4 weeks ago I tried logging in, and I can't log in I tried resetting the password, but I'm not receiving the anything email or phone number I contacted customer care every day and until now no one can't give me a valid reason why I can't access the app all they're saying is tge situation is being escalated, and I should wait for update via email and until now, and I need money to use worse app ever just a reason why I can't access the app but nothing

I've been using these apps some years now. Problem I'm having now is the update of a new bank card. am I seeing the charges for the card and am I getting the run around from the bank as if they don't know the charges. I've used it for doing my every payment and am not sure of the changes on the bank statement. LYNK needs your help.
