I love the feature where you can cash in/out using the phone, but I think the app need to fix certain bugs such as sometimes biometrics don't work such as the fingerprint, also when I try signing up at first there were a lot of errors that need some adjustments, I would recommend adding a specific option to change the theme from dark/light instead it just works with your phone theme alone, I also would recommend redesign the app layout if possible because it looks complicated for beginners.

I am definitely not going to give this app any 5-star ratings. I have made a transfer from my lynk account from August 5th to my sister's account, she still hasn't received it up until now and all I have been getting is pure to run around

This has one of the slowest and worse customer service in the entire world. How can I be waiting more than 36 hours for the verification issue be resolved on my account?? Verification that should take minutes and there is no number to call and all the customer service email can say is they escalate the issue they can never be able to resolve anything only escalating. Rubbish totally garbage. Now I see a positive to crush this app when my team and I launch ours. So keep it up u fools.

I have been trying to cash in from my visa debit and my master card for over 2 weeks now and none of them work. This app was supposed to be the cash app of Jamaica, but it is really deeming to be nothing but a sham

ITS's BEEN A MONTH NOW CASHIN USING NCB CARDS DON'T WORK AND EVERYDAY I SEE NOTIFICATIONS SAYING THEY WORKING ON OTHER STUFFS SO IT SEEMS LIKE THEY TURN OFF THE CASHIN BUTTON DELIBERATELY.
