Scan and go is just what I really wanted. Lately, I was getting frustrated on how many times I have put purchased products in and out. First to the basket, then out of the basket, so I can scan it, then again to the basket, from the basket to the car and again out of the car and again put in the fridge. Scan and go brings that amount down

Are you testing your functionality ? 90% of the popup notifications are empty, when I open it, it says 'bland something' and empty page. Also, 90% of the coupons are also lie, you bullish people...take 20% with a 6l water when in shop only 5 available, or take 5 bottle of water take 6th for 1 Grosz, if I take 10 bottles you want me take them one by one ? Oh if take package or 2 packages of 6 bottles you never apply the coupon. You trick your customers instead of grand them positive exp.

The application is useless for non-polish speakers. I wonder what the job of the Engineering manager is, if expats are requesting for an English version for 4 years and still counting. Check your reviews! There is only one message you are sending to customers which is loud and clear, "Carrefour PL app is servicing Polish speakers only!". I know the default Customer support script will be responded to this review. Not expecting changes before the anniversary of this review.
